Join Dr. Carolynn Francavilla and Stephanie Burke, both level 1 CrossFit Coaches, in this session where we look past BMI and see the inner athlete in everyone. We will explore how to take an exercise history, how to evaluate your patient's ability to move functionally, discuss exercise modifications for patients in larger bodies, and help you create exercise prescriptions for your patients. In this interactive session you will get to see how to evaluate not just cardio-respiratory fitness, but functional movement as well.
